We expect our Models to keep up with the new trends and know about fashion Now I'm not saying you have to buy new outfits every week, but I
am saying you should be able to hold a conversation with someone and know what they mean when they say "I think Equinox is soo cute!"
We want our Models to be creative and dare to be different, and have confidence in who they are.
- Woozens that are on time!
True, when it comes to photoshoots we can't start without the subject we are taking photos of, but being late is just rude to everyone that was there to do their job on time, and we don't tolerate any rude behavior.
